GENERAL DESCRIPTION

- Decrusting machine

- Separates the crust from the moulded bread, 6 sides. The crust is separated. Breads are continuously fed lengthways

- The loaves are sliced parallel on both sides using a belt slicer. After a 90° turning zone, the same procedure is followed on both sides.

- The machine is ideally suited to being combined with other Hartmann machines such as vertical slicers.

- Product formats and cutting positions can be continuously adjusted without the need for tools. Slicing belt speeds are adjustable

- Doors and hoods allow an easy access for cleaning and maintenance

- Options: lateral transfer of products on exit
