Cashing
What are you looking for?
Our solutions for packing your products
Consolidate all your primary-packaged products into a single carton or case quickly and efficiently with ET PACK case-packers.
What does cashing up involve?
Once the product has been produced and packed in its primary packaging, it is sent on to its secondary packaging. This secondary packaging, which can take various forms (crates, cardboard trays, etc.), is produced using a specific machine that gives it its shape: a case packer.
Why should products be boxed after their primary packaging has been produced? Firstly, cardboard-wrapping your products means they are safer, as the box or tray protects them from knocks and crushing during delivery to your customers.
Next, the box must be able to simplify the palletising process, with a view to transporting the products to your customer. Finally, the cardboard is designed to simplify storage operations once it has arrived at its destination, and also to make it easier to handle the products for display on the shelves.
Cartoning is an operation that requires several precise steps. That's why ETPACK offers you the services of a case packer. Fast and efficient, these machines are designed to adopt several packaging techniques to match the dimensions of your products.

What type of packaging can an ET PACK case packer produce?

Whether you opt for ET PACK's range of case packers, you'll be able to produce high-speed cartons tailored to your needs and those of your products.
Our range of case packers for tray production
Simple and robust, trays are ideal for packaging different types of products, particularly those from the food industry. Tray packing is fast thanks to its flap structure, which enables the machine to achieve a highly satisfactory output (between 20 and 30 cartons per minute, depending on the ET PACK machine selected).
Our range of wrap around case packers
A wrap-around case packer enables products to be packed in a totally customised way: the case is not standard, and its shape and dimensions are totally determined by the product. By opting for a wrap around case packer, you are opting for a customised solution that will simplify the storage of products in their cartons.
Our range of American case packers
The american crate is not a 'standard' packaging, but its dimensions, fluting and flaps enable it to effectively protect the products that have been packed. Resistant, the American crate can accommodate a large number of products that have been placed or slipped into it, whereas the "wrap around" crate is formed around the products, as mentioned above.
Why install a case packer on your production line?
ET PACK automatic case-packers are capable of performing a wide range of automated actions at high speed, allowing operators to focus on other tasks and actions on your production line.
From case forming to evacuation, including filling, flap sealing and gluing, the case packer takes care of everything to ensure that the case is perfect and ready to be palletised for transport to your customers. This type of machine saves you a considerable amount of time, while limiting the physical wear and tear on your operators.
