Faster formatting and closing than ever before

Close all your cartons with an ETPACK carton sealer: our machines close in-line (ETL1000 and ETL350) or at 90° (ETL400) depending on your requirements. Each ETPACK carton sealer is automatic, which ensures a definite gain in productivity and output. These machines can close up to 160, 80 or 40 boxes per minute, depending on the configuration.

The gluing system used by our carton sealers is hot-melt glue. First melted, then applied in a liquid state, this glue is a high-performance adhesive which ensures that the glue will hold over time, whether during transport, handling of the packaging or storage over the short, medium and long term.

Each ETPACK carton sealer is multi-format, enabling it to adapt to any type of packaging you wish to produce. The stainless steel chassis of our machines, together with the multiple safety systems, ensure regular, safe use, with a high level of reliability despite high production rates.

Fill cartons more quickly by shaping them first: ETPACK carton erectors automate this process, saving you time and money. Just like the carton sealers mentioned above, each corrugator has an ergonomic user interface and exceptional versatility, making adjustments simple, quick and efficient.

Glue or lock, ETPACK corrugators give you the choice. The ETL60V and ETL70V machines offer mechanical locking, while the ETL 70 G corrugator glues the carton using a hot-melt glue generator.
