Our range of form-fill-seal machines enables you to produce a large number of cans per minute, either continuously or in combination, depending on your specific requirements. These machines can be easily integrated into existing processes, and can be fed by manual or automated solutions according to our customers' needs.
For 30 years ETPACK has been designing and manufacturing Top Load (ETL range) for outputs of 20 to 220 cans per minute, in continuous or combined operation according to customer specifications.
The corrugators and closers Top Load ETPACK are designed entirely in stainless steel and equipped with the latest automation technologies to meet the most demanding operating conditions and specifications in the food, non-food, pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical sectors.
ETPACK Top Load formers and sealers are multiformat machines designed to handle a wide range of products, bare or packaged, dry or frozen, in batches or individually.
ETPACK Top Load formers and closers integrate perfectly into existing processes and can be fed by manual or automated solutions depending on customer requirements. These solutions are also designed and manufactured by ETPACK. (see ETA range).
ETPACK Top Load corrugators and closers enable fast format changes thanks to easy adjustment and ergonomic access.
ETPACK's Top-Load corrugators and sealers are used to convert flat blanks into various qualities of cardboard, including solid board, recycled cardboard, kraft cardboard, cardboard with a watertight or food coating or micro-fluted cardboard.
For corrugators, the boxes are closed by bonding or lock by clipping using tools designed and manufactured by ETPACK, for the closing machines, the cans are glued using hot-melt glue generators to optimise the glue points.
