Our range of horizontal cartoning machines are made entirely of stainless steel, and feature cutting-edge technology in terms of automation. The cartons produced by these machines are multi-format, perfect for packaging bare products or primary dry or frozen packaging, in batches or individually. You can quickly change the formats to be produced thanks to quick, easy-to-understand and easy-to-access settings.
ETPACK has been designing and manufacturing horizontal cartoners (ET range) for outputs ranging from 10 to 220 cartons per minute, in intermittent, continuous or robotised mode depending on the needs of carton-packing projects.

ETPACK cartoners integrate perfectly into existing processes and can be fed by manual or automated solutions depending on customer requirements. These loading solutions are also designed and manufactured by ETPACK (see ETA range).
ETPACK cartoners offer fast format changeovers thanks to easy adjustment and ergonomic access.
ETPACK cartoners are designed to machine pre-glued cardboard cartons of various qualities, including all-wood solid board, recycled board, kraft board, waterproof or food-grade coated board or micro-fluted board, with or without retractable flaps and with the option of incorporating a top flap with a European hole for shelf storage. The cartons are glued using hot-melt glue generators to optimise glue points. Our tooling range also includes cases with windows, economical flaps and specific shapes to help you stand out from the crowd from a marketing point of view.
