Selectra slicers available from SERMATEC
To meet its slicing needs, SERMATEC relies on the Selectra range, comprising several machines such as the SL 20, the SL 30 XL and the SL 50.
SL 20 slicer
The SL 20 is a fully automatic belt slicer, ideal for slicing a mixture of toast and rye bread. This machine features ribbon knives, approximately 3.8 metres long, clamped between two hard chrome-plated drums. What makes it special? Easy maintenance, thanks to well thought-out accessibility via oversized doors and bonnets.
SL 30 XL slicer
The SL 30 XL is a fully automatic belt slicer with 28 4.5-metre-long belt knives. Like the SL 20 mentioned above, this machine comes with a set of 28 spare knives, which are easy and safe to change.
SL 50 slicer
The SL 50 slicer is the top-of-the-range machine available from Hartmann. Equipped with a control panel, it can slice up to 4,500 products per hour.
GS frame slicers available from SERMATEC
Do you need to slice your special products, such as fruit cakes, bread with dried fruit or chocolate chips, with extreme precision and vertically? Then the GS range is for you.
GS 60 grid slicer
Perfect for slicing bread, sweet products, fruit bread or sultana mares, the GS 60 performs particularly well. Its blades are arranged vertically to ensure uniform slicing, and for continuous operation. The GS 60 grid slicer can be synchronised with a packaging machine thanks to the automatic, frequency-controlled drive of its picking conveyor.
Bagging and clipping your products at SERMATEC
For packaging your products, SERMATEC offers the GBK and EC101 ranges.
GBK 220 bagging machine
Perfect for bagging wholemeal and sliced bread, the GBK 220 bagger guarantees optimum packaging and sealing. This machine is capable of bagging from 1,800 to 2,700 packs per hour, with an adjustable speed. The product working area is separate from the mechanical drive, enabling the GBK 220 to meet cleanroom requirements.
The GBK 420 bagging machine
The GBK 420 bagging machine has two product chutes that operate alternately, enabling it to optimally fill each bag. These two slides also help it to pack at speeds of up to 4,200 packs an hour.
Clipseuse EC 101 H Manual product feeder
A high-performance closing device, the EC 101 H has two bag blowing tables and a horizontal closing system arranged at right angles.
Once the packaging bag has been placed on the blowing table, products such as whole loaves or sliced bread can be manually placed on a product conveyor belt. Once the bag has been filled, an integrated device sucks the excess air out of the bag. Finally, the bagged product is directed to the clipping station.
Clipseuse EC 101 I Automatic feed possible
The EC 101 I can be combined with other vertical or horizontal packaging machines. Products are conveyed to an integrated suction device, so that excess air in the bags is evacuated, for clean, taut packaging. The conveyor then transports the product to the clip station.
