High-precision intermittent operation
Its intermittent operation with 2- to 6-axis robotic infeeds guarantees great versatility, precise product handling and good case storage. Format changeovers are fast, repeatable and meticulous.
Multi-product and carton architecture
This case packer is ideal for case packing microflute or corrugated cardboard, from a flat die-cut, trays, cartons, sachets, tins, clusters, boxes... at speeds of up to 20 cases/min. It is equipped with standard or application-specific grippers capable of positioning products in different configurations (flat, on edge, upright or staggered).
It is also predisposed to a wide variety of cardboard architectures (open-top cases, trays, pavement cases with or without flaps, complete cases with front flap, displays with or without covers and ready-to-sell), for packaging that's as close as possible to your products.
Efficiency and cost optimisation
As standard, it incorporates an axis controller, servomotors and a latest-generation hot-melt glue generator offering high dispensing accuracy for optimised glue consumption. A number of options can be integrated, including automated changeovers, a camera vision system to inspect product quality, and a cardboard compliance check.
